How do I access my digital downloads?
Once your purchase is complete, your products will be available immediately in the 'My Account' section under 'Downloads'. You will also receive an email confirmation with direct links.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or activated. Please review system requirements carefully before purchasing.
How do I update my purchased products?
Updates are managed through the iniManager app. Simply log in to the app, and it will notify you if a newer version of your installed product is available for download.
Is technical support included with my purchase?
Yes, all customers receive access to our dedicated support team and community forums to assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Can I use my products on multiple computers?
Our standard license allows for installation on a single user's primary and secondary machine, provided they are not used simultaneously.
